M-E-double L-I, V-I-S spells…Mellivis?
Well, we all drank green beer and enjoyed a special Thursday night show at the Hoffman Palace Ballroom. Green beverages were had by all. Melvis really got into the spirit, as did everyone else (including Frankie…obviously).
Melvis sang really well, doing some of his standards as well as a special treat to close the show, a showstopping “Danny Boy”. Melvis thought the show went so well, he passed a hat for the beer fund. No one was seen making a donation.
By the end of the night, the crowd was really going crazy every time Mel sang. So much was the response that Mel got really choked up by how much the crowd loved him. What a great Irishman.
